What is the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order through your email. Updates on your order will be sent through your email. You can also visit the Track Order page for more information. 

Can I change my order?

Orders can only be changed if they have not been processed yet. If a change needs to be made to an order contact our support team ASAP at joylightstore@gmail.com

How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders need 24-48 hours of processing time. After processing shipping to anywhere in North American ranges from 5-12 business days depending on shipping option selected during checkout. Orders being shipped internationally will range from 7-14 business days depending on shipping option selected at checkout.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment options from Stripe which includes all Visa credit/debit cards, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Shop Payments, etc.

Which currency will I be charged in?

All prices shown on JoyLampShop are listed in Canadian currency (CAD)

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?

Currently no 3 or 4 times payment options are available.

We currently offer Free Express shipping on all orders internationally around the world.

Fast Expedited Shipping is available during the checkout process. Pricing will vary depending on shipping location.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. More information available in our Refund Policy page.

Are returns free?

Any shipping/processing fees for returned are not covered by JoyLamp. You are responsible for the fees associated with the return. Once the returned package is received by our warehouse it will go through a process where the order information will be validated by our team. Contact our support team for more information about returns!

How long does it take to process a return?

Return and refund processing can take up to 30 business days. A refund will be issued once it completes our validation process by our team.
